Top Companies Selection Process

Every top Multinational companies like TCS, Tech-Mahindra,Wipro hire thousands of Freshers from institutions every year. While conducting drives for a lot of such companies we observed the following processes for selection: 


Eligibility Criteria: All these MNCs have their own eligilibility criteria depending upon the profile and job role they are hiring for. These criteria includes academic performance of the students from class 10th onwards. Not only consistency in scores but also choice of subjects matters while selection for students

Tests: After qualifying the eligibility criteria the students can now sit for the tests. Different companies have different set of tests which checks Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Aptitude, Attitude and various other skills of the candidates. The tests are majorly online.

Personal Round: After clearing the online tests, the candidates are now called to the company for personal round of interview. Here the candidates are again tested on the knowledge of their subjects they are studying. They are checked on some grounds of the job profile. Also the communications of the the candidates play a very important role in this round.
